Character

Andrew is an award-winning British actor, voiceover artist and director. He has over three decades of experience across theatre, film and TV with credits including work for the BBC, ITV, West End, RSC and National Theatre.

Andrew starred in the original West End cast of Noel Coward’s Star Quality, alongside Penelope Keith and Una Stubbs, and directed by Christopher Luscombe. He went on to work with the renowned Peter Hall Company in Measure for Measure and Habeas Corpus, touring and performing in residency for the RSC, as part of their Complete Works season.

Andrew was proudly part of Roy Marsden’s production of The Hobbit (“Coppin is superb as Thorin [Oakenshield]” – British Theatre Guide) and has also toured with the National Theatre in Alan Bennett’s People, starring Sian Phillips and directed by Drew Mulligan.

On screen, Andrew’s talent for comedy has seen him performing alongside French & Saunders on their hit TV show, as well as Jim Broadbent, Rowan Atkinson and Simon Pegg for Comic Relief, directed by Ed Bye. He has performed in numerous indie and short films, winning Best Supporting Actor at the Portsmouth International Film Festival 2014, for his portrayal of Mr Matthews in The Magpie Film Series.

Most recently, Andrew premiered and toured Alex Oates’ latest one-man show Rules for Being a Man, his performance being described as “mesmerising and flawless”
